In this video I show the Ninja Roll Choke in three parts. This is raw footage so bear with the angles, etc. The video itself isn’t too bad and I wanted to give you a sneak peak… Get ready for my new FULL LENGTH instructional coming later this Summer. It’s called “The Headhunter”. It’s all chokes! I love the idea that the choke is the “kill” and the joint lock is the “maim”. Think about it, the arm-bar injures while the choke literally can kill you.
