We’ve been sharing the lore of the Cryangle Choke for years. This terrible creation will surely make you want to cry from both the shame and pain of the move. It’s NOT fun being Cryangled! Since we first put this move on video several years back, we have seen it in just about every competitive grappling arena (Fight to Win, Gi worlds and Pan’s… plus all the regional and local stuff)

Seeing it in a highly competitive MMA event like One Championships is pretty awesome. Especially when a brown belt taps a world class, 3rd degree black belt (and two-time World champion).
