In this video I cover the North / South Ezekiel Choke. I love this choke as it very easy to get to off the guard pass. You want to immediately attack the neck as you pass. Think of yourself as a “headhunter” as you pass…you want to immediately go after the neck! This will get them immediately on the defense and put you in the upper hand.
