Related One thought on “BJJAfter40 Grappling Survival Guide: “The best is yet to come!”” Add yours Hello, thanks for starting this website/Facebook page I enjoy watching and reading you’re articles, I’m 45 yrs old I’ve been training ju-jitsu since 1991 in different forms traditional to which I eventually got to black belt then took a long break (12yrs) which was to long I know. After training for about a year in BJJ years ago I’ve managed to track down an old friend who’s been rolling from those years back and I’m loving it the only problem is the pain in my joints after training rolling with the younger guys and not giving in is my problem. My joints in my fingers ache and also my neck and knees do you have any pointers that’ll help or any energy supplements that’ll do the trick too. From an old rusty stubborn dog. Regards Lee.
