Here’s a fun little choke that works really well. The first version I’ve heard others call the “Grapefruit choke” (aka the “Nutcracker” choke). This choke is very painful but can be a little tricky to apply simultaneously to both sides of the neck. But…when you do get it; it’s terribly painful! The second version I learned a long time ago and have used it fairly consistently over the years. It’s a fun choke because it’s very hard to defend and you feel like a Ninja when you do it!
