All right Ninja’s! Here’s a cyclical flow drill that incorporates four open guard sweeps (double ankle sweep, overhead sweep, sickle sweep and hook sweep). In the first half of the video I break down the sequence of sweeps. Be sure to check out the last minute where I chain the moves together at full speed. When you practice full speed you can perform the sweeps at random or based on the opportunities and “road blocks” that appear. Remember, the idea with a cyclical flow is for the drill to repeat itself over and over at an uninterrupted pace. This is great for muscle memory and you will get a great cardio workout too!
