The Evil Ninja is back! Here’s another version of my evil ninja choke (same grip structure and similar set up with the arms trapped) as my other version. In this version you are defending the double under-hook guard pass. Pay close attention to the position of my hands as I apply the technique. Remember, it’s NOT a trachea choke but rather a carotid (blood) choke. The way that I flex my wrist and apply pressure to the carotid with the radius bone makes it a very nasty, very quick choke!
