BJJ Partner Guard Passing and Recovery Drill

This is a great drill that I learned years ago and I use quite  a bit when I am teaching.  I really like that this drill incorporates both guard passing and guard recovery.  I believe that guard passing / recovery encompasses 90% of BJJ.
