This is a fun, “old school” drill with a “new school” twist! The version that I learned, you climb around your standing partner. With the “new school” version, you not only climb around…you also climb over and under your partner! This is a fun, challenging drill for both partners. This drill is great for body movement, base (for the standing partner), back taking, and inverted triangles. Have fun and Happy Training!
