Here’s a fun De La Riva (DLR) climbing drill. I saw someone doing something like this a while back so I gave it a try and it was a blast. I find as I’ve gotten older that I want my workouts not only to be challenging, but more importantly they be FUN. This is why I love BJJ so much. Not only do you learn an amazing martial art…But it’s just really fun. Give this a try! (Use a spotter the first time and make sure you use a rope / belt etc. that can support your weight) Have fun!
