As a BJJ athlete it’s tough to get through the Summer months without overindulging in ice cream and frozen yogurt. I’m always tinkering with new, fun food ideas to satisfy my sweet cravings during training. Try this one out! It’s super sweet, cold and tastes amazing…(Kid’s will love it too)
- Freeze Watermelon squares.
- Put in a blender or Ninja or whatever… I like to add either water or preferably coconut water. This adds a little sweetness and helps the watermelon blend better. You can also add a fresh strawberry or blueberries, etc. to your blend.
- Serve with fresh mint for added taste and awesomeness.
